Fitblr & My Odd Thoughts

Smoothies for breakfast is the way to go.

Enough of this stress mood. Nothing good gets done when your stressed. I’m going to work out. It’s fucking hot out, but I am going to do it. I haven’t worked out since last Wednesday, it needs to be done.

I just ate my emotions. 2 Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes=Stress & Boredom. Lame.

Fruit

It seems like eating fruit for breakfast puts me in a brilliant mood for the rest of the day.

For the past 5 days for breakfast I’ve had an Apple, a Banana, 1/4 cup Blueberries, 2 Dropped Eggs, and a bit of Peanut Butter.

Of course I drink about a Liter of water during breakfast to help fill me up.

I just feel different. It must be the lovely weather we’ve been having too. It’s amazing what the weather can do to your mind & soul.

1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cup Unsweetend Almond milk, 1 handful Spinach, 2 Bananas, 2 Gala Apples, a few pieces of frozen Mangos and Peaches, 1/4 cup PB, 1/4 cup frozen Blueberries, 2 good handfuls of Ice and a dash of Cinnamon.

I made a HUGE smoothie today- 1/2 cup unsweetened Almond Milk, 1/4 cup Blueberries, 1 Banana, 2 Gala Apples, 1 handful of Spinach, 1/4 of a Cucumber, 1/4 cup unsalted Peanuts, 1/2 cup frozen Pineapple, Cinnamon & Ice. OMG so good and so filling!!!

Also I ran for 30 minutes and did some arm exercises.

Todays Smoothie:

1 cup Unsweetend Almond Milk, 1 handful of Baby Spinach, 1/4 cup Blueberries, 1 Banana, 2 Gala Apples, 1/4 cup Unsalted Peanuts, Ice & Cinnamon.

Also, the universe sent me flowers! They were meant for another girl with the same name…. I would feel bad, but they smell AMAZING!! I did call the company to let them know about the mix up though, I’m not that evil!
